Cavity count is the maximum number of pieces from one complete fill. Real output also depends on mold quantity, usable yield, setting time, demolding, cleaning, and the number of complete cycles your team can run.
Hand filling, flood-and-scrape production, and automated depositing place different demands on cavity spacing, mold support, formula flow, and workflow. Choose a layout that fits the process you will actually use.
For depositor use, verify overall mold and tray dimensions, nozzle spacing, cavity alignment, shot volume, clearance, indexing, and formula behavior before ordering production quantities.
